The price only includes wedding dress, not any accessories such as gloves, veils and petticoats ect. Affected by many factors, such as cutting skills of different tailors, photography lighting, camera angles, and different electronic displays, there may be minor difference between the wedding dress you receive and the picture above. Please allow few slight difference, which is a normal phenomenon,Thanks for your kind understanding.

2. Standard Size Chart

If you know your body size very well and it is not convenient to re-measure your body, you can choose to order your wedding dress according to the standard size. Please check the detailed data and submit the order in the size closest to your body size data. If you choose any size parameters that are significantly different from your figure, please contact us in time.

3. Measure Guide

Our team can tailor the sample dress to match your measurements. If you need us to make a more perfect wedding dress for you according to your measurement data, please choose any size to submit the order first, after payment, please send me the measurement data within three days. Please measure according to our requirements. We recommend that you ask your family to help you with your measurements. You can also find a professional local tailor who can help you measure accurately. Here, we’ll show you which measurements are needed and how to correctly take them.

The Measurements We Need
If You want to Custom made , please choose one size for payment , and message us your measurements below,
• Bust – Measure across the fullest part of your bust

• Waist- Measure the slimmest part of your waist (above your navel but below your ribcage).

• Hips – Measure the fullest part of your hip area (roughly three inches below the waist).

• Hollow to Hem (Without shoes): Measure from the center of the ollarbone to desired dress length or to the floor.

• Waist To Hem (Without Shoes) : Measure from your Natural Waist to desired dress length or to the floor.

• Heel Height : Feel free to give an approximate length of the heels that you plan on wearing.

• Height(without shoes): Measure from top to floor.

If the dress is long sleeves, we also needs these measurements below,

• Arms eye = ___ cm/inches

• Bicep = ___ cm/inches

• Sleeves = ___ cm/inches

• Shoulder to Shoulder = ___ cm/inches

Tips: The made-to-order dress takes about 15-25 days to make. If the process is complicated, it will take more time. Please allow enough time for the production and transportation of the dress. We recommend 2-5 months. If you don’t have enough time, please contact us in time, we will recommend you to pay the fast delivery fee, and expedited making.

4. Color Chat

Most wedding dresses in our shop can be customized in color. If you want to customize special color wedding dress, please choose the color number you want to tell us before you place the order.

5. Shipping Method

Items will be send by UPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL, EMS,China Post etc Shipping time: 4-10 days by TNT, UPS, FedEx, DHL -Item will be couriered from China to your address. We may fold the gown inside out to protect the beading or lacing. -Before shipment we will do a careful examination, tried to be no problems.But if the you get the goods found problems, please contact with us, we will help you properly addressed.

Tips:

a. We only ship to your confirmed address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before purchase, P.O. Boxes and military addresses (apo, FPO) cannot be delivered.

b. If you come from Brazil or Russia , please leave your full name. (according to the adjusted postal policy of Russia and Brazil, the consignee’s name must be the complete name.)

c. About Tax, Customs are beyond our control, we do not guarantee about this and will not bear the Tax fee. You can let we know the right declare price for your parcel.

6. Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and upmost concern. Almost all the products in our store can be returned except the custom made ones. Please keep the dress brand new with original tags and label on. Please contact us before you sent the dress back!We will give you the return details. If you just return to the dress to the address on the package, we can not get it and refund you.

Tips:

a. We don’t accept returns for any custom made gowns.

b. We don’t accept returns for the reason nothing to do with size and quality! For example “I don’t like it”, “I order it wrong”, “I find another dress more cheaper”.

c. If you are not satisfy with the quality and dress not fit for you ( Only for standard size dress ), please contact us within 48 hours after you receive the dress ! Items must be in original shipped condition, unworn, unaltered, and have all original packaging. If there is any dust , dirty spots , change and so on , we shall not offer refund.

d. Customers should afford the shipping cost for shipping back the dress and the custom duty if there is.

e. For free shipping and free custom size orders return,the shipping cost which we paid to ship the dress to you and custom size fee will be deducted from your total amount.

7. F&Q

1. When should I order my wedding dress?

All of our gowns can be made to order which means that we do not begin creating your dress until you have placed your order with us. The made-to-order dress takes about 15-25 days to make. If the process is complicated, it will take more time. Please allow enough time for the production and transportation of the dress. We recommend 2-5 months.

As for standard size gowns, it takes around 2 weeks before we ship out your gown.

2. My wedding is coming up in a few weeks, do you have rush order options?

We offer rush order options for brides that need their dress ASAP. Rush fees will apply. If you are in need of a rush order, please contact us in time.

3. Will I need alterations?

All bridal gowns typically need some alterations to be a perfect fit for your special day. We do not offer alterations services after you have received your dress nor are they included in the price of your dress. We offer basic custom sizing using your bust, waist, height, and hollow-to-floor measurements before making to help reduce your potential alteration costs. We suggest you find a professional local tailor who can help you measure accurately.

4. Can you custom make dress if i send you some pictures?

Yes, we are pofessional wedding dress factory, and we can custom make dress according to your pictures with high quality, welcome to making your wedding dress.
