Communication was easy, as she speaks both English and Chinese. She delivered my order very quickly. After I placed the order, I lost 3-5 kg, so I asked to adjust the gown size and provided my updated measurements. She responded promptly, made the adjustments, and delivered the resized gown within a week. After receiving the first gown, I noticed some wrinkles around the waist due to the elastic material in the inner layer.she suggested I consult a local tailor,but I couldn’t find a suitable one. Karen then offered to make me a new wedding gown and delivered it within a week, just in time for my wedding. She truly saved the day!
