Shipping & Delivery

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate Worldwide and islands. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectations anywhere in the world.

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order within 5-9 business days from the date that it is placed.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Receiving time = Processing time + Shipping time

Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging.

All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 days after the order is placed. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

At the moment, we have warehouses in the United States, Europe & China. Products will be sent as per the principle of proximity.

Items will be shipped from the nearest facility where they are in stock.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

If Standard Shipping is selected, your order may ship via a variety of carriers. Some UPS orders may be delivered by the Postal Service.

All US orders are shipped by USPS/DHL/FedEx/UPS. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5-8 days (EXPRESS SHIPPING) to arrive at their destination.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of an order, and can take longer than expected due to the invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.

Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.

International customers, please note that your shipping charge DOES NOT include any customs/duties fees that you may incur. In the event that you receive free shipping, the courier cost will be free, but any customs/duties fees incurred will still be responsible by the customer. All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse a shipment upon delivery). We will ship your packages DDU (“Duties and Taxes Unpaid”). We do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes at the time of sale and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear Customs.

Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.

If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS/FedEx or USPS Priority, depending on weight and dimensions, for residential addresses. For commercial addresses orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Please allow 3 to 8 business days for delivery.

****Some items on our shop are for pre-order so please check the product page to see if your pre-order item is shipping later than what is stated above.

Canadian orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground.

All other international orders are shipped via FedEx International Mail Service which utilizes FedEx and your local postal service or USPS First Class–depending on your order’s weight and dimensions. For international orders, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for deliveries–barring any customs delay.

Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that the delivery times listed above are only estimations. Beyondshoping is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods.

If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a calling card will be left in your letterbox detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.

If you have not received your package within 14 business days of placing the order, email us with your Full Name and Order Number and we’ll look into the matter immediately!

Beyondshoping is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier’s part. cannot guarantee delivery times and will not be held responsible for costs associated with delayed product delivery.

All products sold by Beyondshoping do not include shipping & processing costs unless otherwise noted.

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking email from the courier. Please follow the instructions to track your parcel. In most cases, it may take up to 48 days for tracking information to become available. If you still don’t see any tracking details after 72 days, please contact us at support for assistance.
