However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order, and once the creation process has begun, the materials cannot be reused. Our Cancellations Policy:
1.If orders be cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
2.if orders be cancelled in 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
3.Once your order has been shipped,it can no longer be cancelled.
1. The wedding dress does not include any accessories such as gloves, wedding veil and the crinoline petticoat ( show on the pictures).
2. Please allow 1-3 cm differences due to manual measurement.
3. Color Notice: please note that slight color difference should be acceptable due to the light and screen.
Return Process:
1. Submit a return request with the reason”no longer needed” to seller within 15 days of your order shipment. You should send the explanation and photographs document of the reason for return.
2. Once our sellers have approved your request, then your return will be processed in 3-5 business days.
