Q: How long does it take to customize a dress?If I need this item with rush,what should I do?
A: We usually need about 7-13 business days to finish customized dress, in this case, you need to choose fast shipping, like DHL /UPS/Fedex, it will be faster than Standard Shipping.
Q: About return?
A: We accept returns and you need to pay for the return shipping cost yourself. We don’t have a free return. If you feel dissatisfied after receiving the dress. You can talk to me first to explain the specific situation. I will try to help you solve the problem. If the problem is not properly solved. You can choose “no longer needed” to return the dress to us.
