A:Yes,we can custom make dress according to your pictures. send dresses picture to us, then we will give you a good price, if you can accept, we will send you payment link.

-Questions 3: Can i custom size or color?
A:Yes,can be customized in size and color. Please select a size close to your body size to submit the order. If you need custom size or color, please provide me the measured data or color number.

-Questions 4:I want to make some changes,what should I do?

A:Yes,No problem,please send me your requirements,whether it is customized size or changing appearance,we will carry out them.
– Questions 5:How long can i get my dress?

A:It takes about 5 to 15 days to design and manufacture, and 7 to 12 days to transport.

-Questions 7:What should i do if thers is something wrong with the dress?

You don’t have to find a professional tailor to measure it for you. Please ask your family or friends to help you with the measurement. Please measure 3 times carefully according to the photos and requirements we sent to get the accurate measurement data and send it to me,We will make your wedding dress according to the data provided by you

Most wedding dresses in our shop can be customized in color. If you want to customize special color wedding dress, please choose the color number you want to tell us before you place the order.

Shipping Method

Dresses will be send by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, Standard Shipping
Shipping time: 4-15 work days by TNT, UPS, FedEx, DHL , shipping time about 8 to 30 work days by Standard Shipping

Item will be couriered from China to your address. We may fold the gown inside out to protect the beading or lacing.
Before shipment we will do a careful examination, tried to be no problems.But if the you get the goods found problems, please contact with us, we will help you properly addressed.

Return Policy

Almost all the products can be returned except the custom made ones. Please keep the dress brand new with original tags and label on. Please contact us before you sent the dress back!We will give you the return details.
1. If you find the dress in wrong color or measurements, please send us clear photos within 3 working days since you receive the skirt. You can return and refund or change the skirt.
2. If there is obvious quality problem with the dress, such as large dirt, broken or defects surface, please send us clear photos within 3 working days since you receive the skirt. You can return and refund or change the skirt.
3.If it is not the quality problem, we will deduct the postage when we refund you.
4.Product must be unworn and in the original condition even after tried on for fit and size.
5.Product can not Refund: Worn, Perfumed, Altered or without the original Brand&Labels.
