Q：If I don’t like the dress I received, can I return it?
A：Dear, we accept returns. However, custom size and style cannot be returned as they cannot be resold. Please ensure that the dress is not damaged, not worn (except for trying on), and not washed. We will refund you the money after we have received the gown and checked it.
Q：When will I receive the dress after placing my order?
A：If you choose standard logistics, usually 1 month to one and a half months. fedex, DHL, UPS usually within a month you can receive the dress.
1.Submit a return request to seller within 7 days of your order shipment.you shoulder send the explanation and photographs document of the reason for return.
2.Once our sellers have approved your request,then your return will be processed in 3~5 business days.
