1.We have a 10-day return policy,which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

3.We will not accept the return request regarding custom-sized dresses,which include but are not limited to dresses made in your personal measurements,lengths,and/or special changes.
4.If there is Customs Duty happens,you may need to pay for it. A refund will only be issued after the returned items have been received in our warehouse.
