In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide:

3. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.
4. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.
5. If you prefer to exchange dresses, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive.

The lighting in my room isn’t the best but this dress came faster than expected, looked like the pictures, fit perfectly, great material, made very well and this dress is just to die for. Also I’m not very tall but this dress was the perfect length as well with the shoes I plan to wear for my wedding, it needed absolutely no alterations 🥰

My measurements matched a size 20 on their size chart. After reading reviews I decided to order a size down, 18. The 18 was a tad large in the bust and back area, but still looked beautiful. I ordered a 16 to compare and it was just a little too tight in the waist. I decided to keep the 18 and will take in the bust-line a little. The length is about an inch too long for me with 2 inch heels. For reference, I’m 5’5”, 195 lbs, 45” bust, 39.5” waist, and 48” hips. This dress is beautiful and flowy. The zipper worked great and seems to be nicely made. I wish return shipping was free considering their size chart is way off.
